    A JTS care representative will the contact you to discus your request and issue and exchange or return (if appropriate).

    If a product is to be exchanged, the new product will be issued and re-sent to you via standard postage, excluding JTS warehouse processing time (see shipping for times).

    JTS will only exchange or accept return if contacted within 14 days of purchase.

    Returns will not be permitted on discounted, sale items or other JTS promotional giveaways.


    How to Return a JTS Item

    A JTS care representative will be in contact with you within 2-3 business days after initial enquiry with and exchange or return number (if applicable) and instructions.


    Defective goods

    JTS goods are ONLY deemed so if they are damaged when they are received, or where manufacturing defect is obvious and proven by customer.

    We maintain the right to determine whether a product in defective within a reasonable timeframe from receipt of customer email detail defect and providing evidence thereof.

    Receiving a refund from JTS

    Your refund will be credited via original payment method and will include shipping cost of defective goods only.

    Here at JTS, we aim to maintain and display our product attributes with absolute integrity. JTS products are rigorously checked for quality and manufacturing defects before they are shipped to customers. By chance that you should receive a damaged product from JTS, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

    If there is multiple items to be returned, please return in same shipment to ensure your return or refund is processed as swiftly as possible.

    Please send returned products in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

    Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, if the goods are not defective.
